Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a product from Gigi Moda.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Free ground domestic shipping is offered on all domestic orders. International customers are not eligible for free shipping. Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Due to COVID-19 we are currently experiencing occasional delays in product coming from Italy. This may causing shipping delays from our warehouse. Please note: any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and any public holiday will not be shipped until next business day.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
Arrival time with free shipping is not guaranteed. Arrival time with UPS Ground Shipping is between 4 to 12 business days.
For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option (UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air® Early) for an additional charge.
During the holidays, we may experience slight shipping delays. Please be advised that orders may require additional time to be processed and shipped.
INTERNATIONAL POLICIES: Gigi Moda is delighted to have customers from all around the world. We ship to most international countries to better serve all our clients and Gigi Moda fans. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
NOTE: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undelivered shipments or refused shipments and will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.
International orders are not eligible for:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service shop@gigimoda.com within 48 hours of purchase.

RETURN/EXCHANGE
It is our goal to assure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the received date.
Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and tags must be attached.
Order number must be included in your return package.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Please allow 2-3 business days for return/exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse.
Pre-orders of back ordered items may ship separately.
