Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms & Conditions by placing an order with Gigi Moda.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability.

2. Shipping Policy

We offer multiple shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping rates, options, and promotions (including any free or discounted shipping) are described on our Shipping Policy page, which is subject to change at any time without notice.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided by carriers and may vary. Gigi Moda is not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and applicable fees.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

• All returns and exchanges (including claims for damaged or defective items) must be initiated through our Returns & Exchanges page:

• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

• Final Sale Items: Handbags, accessories, Flash Sale, and Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• International orders cannot be exchanged, though you may have additional return rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after your return is received at our warehouse.

4. Pre-Orders & Availability

Pre-orders and back-ordered items may ship separately. All items are subject to availability and may be canceled or refunded if stock is unavailable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must initiate a return request through our Returns & Exchanges page within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to promptly review and resolve your claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, photos, and logos) is the property of Gigi Moda and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Use
