Returns or Exchanges

RETURN/EXCHANGE : It is our goal to assure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Step 1: To start the return or exchange process, please read the Return Policies:

Return Policies:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the received date.
  • In the event of a factory error we will exchange the item free of shipping 
  •  Must be in original condition. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and tags must be attached.
  • Order number must be included in your return package.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Flash Sale and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!*
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for return/exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse.
  • Pre-orders of back ordered items may ship separately.
  • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted.
  • Sale prices are non retroactive, as we do our best to keep prices as low as possible already.
  • International Orders cannot be exchanged.

* If the item is listed as SALE at the time of purchase, it is not be eligible for a return or exchange.
