How long do I have to return an item?

• Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?

• Use our Returns & Exchanges Form (link above).

• Once approved, you will receive return instructions (including where to send your package).

• Please do not ship anything back without completing the form first.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

• Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Exception: If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the cost once your claim is approved.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

• Submit a claim through our Returns & Exchanges Form within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please upload photos when submitting your request.

• Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. The following are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Handbags & Accessories

• Flash Sale items

• Clearance items

• Any item marked Final Sale at checkout

Can I return or exchange international orders?

• International orders cannot be exchanged.

• Returns may be allowed depending on local consumer protection laws.

• Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long will it take to process my return?

• Once we receive your package, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

• Approved exchanges will ship once your return is processed.
